Vietnam's Seas and Islands Week 2017 to be held in Ca Mau

Responding World Oceans Day (June 6), Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands (VASI) decided to hold Vietnam's Seas and Islands Weeks 2017 in Ca Mau.�

Overall theme for World Oceans Day 2017 is "Our oceans, our future". To respond this event, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, together with Vietnam Administration of Seas and Oceans is going to organize 3 main activities in the Vietnam's Seas and Islands Week this year, they are: live coverage the meeting; Cleaning the beach and breeding generated aquatic-product at RAMSAR area; Visiting, Giving gifts and sharing out medicine for soldiers and people on Hon Chuoi Island.

2017 is the 9th year in a row the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment host this event, cooperated with provincial to open the Vietnam's Seas and Islands, Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands is entrusted to organize and deploy activities during the event. 

The Vietnam's Seas and Islands 2017 is planned to take place from 1 to 8 of June, the last two days is the official days in the event.
